Membership of BOBA is the basis of being a Former Apprentice from Beachley and as we grow older we rely on the younger men amongst us to keep the Association alive. Sadly it is a fact that unless our numbers grow BOBA will die and all the good things that have been achieved by BOBA will be forgotten so please join the Association so that we can continue to celebrate the proud history of our time at Beachley.

To apply for membership of BOBA, simply download the Application form (in pdf format), by clicking HERE (this will open in a new window/tab), print and complete it, and return it by post to Sam Woodger at the address shown above.

Please remember that in order to attend the BOBA annual reunion you must be a paid up member (rule 6b).

Whilst we would encourage all to continue their membership year on year, this is not a requirement, you may if you wish to, pay only for the year you wish to attend a reunion. 

The annual membership fee is £10, and should be paid directly to the Hon Membership Secretary Sam Woodger preferably by bank transfer (Sam’s details are above).

The above ruling does not apply to wives or Honorary Life Members.

A rather difficult subject to talk about is the passing of a member. Sometimes the Committee are left with the dilemma of who to contact to offer the Association’s condolences. It would greatly assist the committee if you would also complete a Next of Kin form (included in the membership application form above).
